The Ridge Estate Guest House is a beautiful 4 bedroom, 4 bathroom, lodging arrangement, that comfortably sleeps 8 people. Available for 2012 Cornell and IC graduation week, this newly constructed rental is conveniently located in Lansing, NY, just 10 minutes from the Tompkins County Airport and downtown Ithaca.
Each bedroom has its own private bath, and there is a large living space with a fireplace, kitchenette, and dining area.
Rental includes linen services (one set of sheets, bath towels, hand towels and washcloths per person per visit).

If we cannot re-rent the same property for the same time period, the full amount pre-paid must be forfeited. Please note that if a reservation is changed, the change will be treated as a cancellation and the same terms will apply.
Step 1: Rental Hold: Your reservation will be held for 7 calendar days with payment of a $500, fully refundable, property security deposit. Security deposits are used to cover unintentional damages to the rental unit that occur during your stay, and payment may be made with most major credit cards. Cancellation of your rental during the hold period will incur a $50 refund processing fee.
Step 2: Vacation Rental Deposit & Lease Agreement: After booking your vacation rental, you will receive by email, a Tenant Application form and a Vacation Rental Lease. These completed documents, along with a deposit equal to 50% of the rental rate (in the form of a check or money order), must be received in our office within 7 calendar days of booking. The 50% deposit will be applied toward the vacation property rent.

We just returned from a wonderful time in "our" church. To begin with, it's certainly beautiful to approach, the lovely paint job, the flowers, the picnic table..which we used under the tree and then moved back to its original place. There's plenty of parking, although we only had two cars. The inside is a lovely mix of old, vintage-y church/like items. It's fun and funky, and having all the amenities...separate bathrooms, tubs, showers, working fireplace, tons of clean linen, and a stocked kitchen full of conveniences, coffee filters, Saran wrap, garbage bags, mops, paper towels, clear instructions on recycling..made it very easy to know what to do. I liked that we could call maintenance, but didn't need to.
