Breaking Ground on New Apartments
Heritage Builders has just started breaking ground on a new South Hill apartment complex. Kendall Court apartments will be 2 & 3 bedroom energy star units, conveniently located just minutes from Ithaca College. Construction is scheduled to be completed by early summer, and these units will be available for the 2012-2013 school year.
